I'm Chris Simpson, owner of Simpson Home Repairs Inc. I started in restoration in 2005 as a water technician with Winmar Mississauga, earned IICRC certifications in water damage, structural drying and mould remediation, and went on to become a Master Water Restorer. I worked my way up through supervisor, project coordinator and project manager roles, then spent three years as a senior independent adjuster reviewing the scopes, estimates and workmanship of contractors across the GTA. I started this business to do the work the way I always wanted to see it done. Honest scope, fair price, proper finish. If your repair is part of an insurance claim, I know the process from the inside and can work directly with your adjuster and contractor.
